1. Go to www.blogger.com
2. Click "Create a Blog" (see this link for using your cantoncentral.org account).
3. Fill in all the required information. I find it helpful to use my cantoncentral.org account.
4. Verify your new account (open the email message sent to you and click on the link)
5. Begin working on your blog.
